Job Description
Global Head of Data Intelligence, Analytics and IA (EMEA) leads the global unit of Intelligence (Measurement, Data, Martech and Reporting) and directs Data Science, Data Engineering, Social Media Analysts and Distributed Data Analysts globally. The mission is to convert structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, define methodologies and governance frameworks, and act as a liaison between the central headquarters and regional markets to ensure the flawless execution of strategic transformation programs driven by AI.
Requirements
- +7 years of experience leading data analysis/IA teams in global or multicountry contexts, with a history of transformation programs at scale.
- Experience defining methodologies, governance, and service standards (KPIs/SLAs).
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (data science, data engineering, BI, research, martech) and align multiple stakeholders.
