You will be responsible for orchestrating and ensuring the successful implementation of Customer Experience (CRM, AI, Automation) technological solutions, acting as a vital bridge between business needs, technical teams, and operations.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in managing technology implementation projects
• Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing Salesforce
• Industrial Engineer, Systems, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related careers
• High level of English
• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Jira, Monday, Trello) applied to technology
