Findhelp is changing the way people connect to social care. The Senior Staff Software Engineer will play a crucial role in connecting and enhancing our software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with a strong background in both education and healthcare sectors to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience working in software engineering
- 4+ years experience working with Ruby on Rails and React
- 1+ years working with School Information System (SIS) platforms (like PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, ProgressBook, etc.) preferred
- Project management skills for handling integration projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA) and education (FERPA)
- Familiarity with database systems and data transformation techniques
- Experience with web services + RESTful APIs
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- An interest in social determinants of health and healthcare
