Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in utility operations, including T&D and substations
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budget oversight and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
