Requirements

Manage the full project lifecycle, including bidding, planning, execution, and closeout, for substation and related energy infrastructure projects.
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Partner with estimating, engineering, and field operations teams to align on project deliverables.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Monitor project performance, provide reporting, and proactively address risks or issues.
Promote and enforce safety practices across all project activities.
Lead subcontractor coordination, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
