Senior Estimator (Power Delivery)

FindTalent is seeking a Senior Estimator on behalf of a leading utilities construction company in Southern California. The role is essential in the planning and execution of large-scale transmission and substation construction projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading the estimating process for large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction and utility industry standards, including transmission and substation construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings for accurate take-offs.
• Expertise in estimating software (B2W preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple estimating efforts simultaneously.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes, evolving project requirements, and changing industry standards.
