Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll, assisting with payroll-related expenses and reimbursements, and providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role plays a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and effective HR recordkeeping within a federally qualified health center (FQHC) environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2–4 years of payroll or HR administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment
• Experience supporting payroll processing on a biweekly schedule strongly preferred
