Linux Administrator

We are looking for a Linux Administrator with 10+ years of experience in Unix/Linux Server Infrastructure engineering and support operations. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Linux Administration, Python Scripting, and Cloud Admin, as well as experience with ITIL, Networking Knowledge, and IT Infrastructure Knowledge.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Unix/Linux Server Infrastructure engineering and support operations
• 5+ years of strong supporting experience in open source Linux operating systems (RHEL, CENTOS, Ubuntu) and hardware in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years of experience in installing and configuring Linux based systems
• 2+ years supporting cloud based infrastructure including associated open source hypervisors (XEN, KVM)
• 2+ years supporting VMware VSphere and supporting management tool suite (Vcenter, VCAC, VCOPS, SRM)
• Strong scripting expertise including bash, Perl, Python and UNIX Shell scripts
• Expertise in typical system administration and programming skills such as storage capacity management, performance tuning, system dump analysis, server hardening (security)
