Job Description
Finmo is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test (Sr. SDET) to architect, scale, and lead test automation initiatives for their fintech products. The role involves mentoring junior QAs and SDETs, designing and developing automation frameworks, and leading a small team to drive best practices across quality engineering.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in test automation (web and API) within fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in a programming language: Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium or RestAssured.
- Practical knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC and Agile practices.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
