The Account Executive – Technology Public Relations will assist in the development and execution of high-quality strategic communications campaigns for leading national and international B2B and B2C technology clients. The role will work under the leadership of the Tech PR Practice management team to execute multiple concurrent public relations account strategies and programs for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or public relations.
- 2 years of prior PR agency experience at a PR AAE or AC level or above, working with B2B technology clients.
- Experience working with traditional and social media strategies and campaigns.
- Mastery of basic project management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Strong media relations strategy and storytelling skills.
- Crafts compelling messages that drive business goals and elevate client programs; is a refined communicator.
- Generates grammatically sound, client-ready communication as a skilled writer and editor.
- Ability to lead and drive high-level thinking among junior public relations staff to ensure a full pipeline of top-tier, trend, and feature stories.
- Displays compassionate and inspiring mentorship skills of junior-level staff.
- Experience using all Microsoft Office products.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
