Job Description
FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions. As a Data Scientist in Operations, you will optimize how FINN manages and scales its operational infrastructure using advanced forecasting and optimization models.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Master's degree in a relevant data field of study
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations-heavy environments
- Technical expertise in data and time-series analysis, statistical modelling, and implementing forecasting and optimization models
- Proficient in Agentic development, SQL, Python, GCP
- Operations & optimization expertise in building and deploying capacity planning, resource allocation, or logistics optimization solutions
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
