Finnair is seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to join their Retail team. As a commercial-minded analytics partner, the successful candidate will support revenue performance in Finnair's direct digital channels by analyzing customer and sales data, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in analytics, digital sales, ecommerce performance, or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and presenting findings to different audiences.
- Customer and channel understanding: understand digital sales dynamics and customer behavior across journeys and touchpoints.
- High data integrity and quality mindset; ability to work with multiple tools and stakeholders to improve consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; able to present structured findings and development proposals to both operational and senior audiences.
- Experienced in working in cross-functional set-ups and driving development through clear communication.
- Able to prioritize effectively between recurring analysis needs, reporting improvements, and deeper-dive analyses in a fast-moving environment.
- Continuous improvement and can-do, problem-solving attitude; motivated to contribute to Finnair's transformation towards modern retailing.
