Job Description
Finni Health is seeking a Controller to build and lead the accounting function for a rapidly growing healthcare MSO. The Controller will own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring that revenue, AR, cash, and payroll accounting are accurate, repeatable, and fully reconciled.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of healthcare accounting experience
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller Experience
- Strong technical accounting foundation in healthcare revenue recognition
- Experience operating in high-volume, scaling environments
- Ability to build processes from 0-1
- Cross-border (US-CAN) accounting experience (bonus)
