Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. The RBT will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Experience working in an In-home setting
• Passion for supporting children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
