Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification, RBT Training (40-hour course completed)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
