Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement.
Requirements
- Current RBT Certification (required)
- Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- Background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
