Job Description
Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Work with children to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
Requirements
- Current RBT Certification
- Active CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, & insurance
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
- Background in special education, psychology, or a related field
