We are searching for BCBAs to start their own practice with Finni Health. We recognize that BCBAs have been taken advantage of by clinics and need a solution to fulfill their passion for ABA. Our vision is to create an all-in-one solution to support BCBAs in delivering meticulous care to families.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
• Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
