Job Description
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate to help solve complex strategic challenges facing Finni Health as we scale. The role will drive enterprise-level strategy, operationalize the vision, build analytical engines, automate and scale, and empower practice owners. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, BizOps at high-growth startups, or a similarly rigorous analytical and operating role.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of progressive experience in management consulting, internal strategy, BizOps at high-growth startups, or a similarly rigorous analytical and operating role
- Builder mentality & AI fluency
- Data & BI mastery
- Advanced financial modeling
- Cross-functional execution
- Executive communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or Master's is a plus
