Condition Monitoring Analyst, Mining

The Condition Monitoring Analyst, Mining (Onsite) at Finning will be based at key customers' sites and play a vital role in the proactive execution of Condition Monitoring (CM) alerts generated from the Caterpillar / Finning condition monitoring program. This position demands a passionate and driven individual who thrives on tackling challenges head-on, using a hands-on approach to ensure equipment issues are addressed swiftly and effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to understand the equipment overall and the functionality of each component group.
• Ability to read & understand the technical data sources available.
• Ability to filter and correlate the different data source to create an accurate recommendation.
• Ability to constantly prioritize situations & emergencies
• Strategic thinking coupled with multi-angle approach to complex situations.
• Customer service focus with great ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Strong Analytical Skills (problem solving).
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; work with a minimum of supervision.
