Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at Finning Canada, you will be responsible for coordinating work orders, managing documentation, supporting technicians and planners, and keeping customers informed. You will work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Secondary education with a focus on administrative management, business, or accounting/finance
• 2–4 years in dealership, project coordination, or service roles within construction, oilfield, forestry, marine, or similar industries
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and service-related software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with mechanical, parts, or repair processes
• Understanding of Finning’s warranty process, service billing, and Customer Service Commitment
• Knowledge of project management principles related to scope, schedule, budget, and risk
