Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to lead the evolution from traditional, retroactive reporting to a high-leverage 'Finance Engineering' operation. The role involves building and managing the finance systems stack, championing AI and automation, and ensuring our financial backbone is ready for scale.
Requirements
- Own the Systems Stack: Build and manage the finance systems stack end-to-end (AP, AR, FP&A)
- Champion AI & Automation: Establish AI and automation as the core engine of finance operations
- Translate Systems Logic: Act as the bridge between Finance and Tech
- Be a Proactive Partner: Collaborate with Customer Operations, People, and Product teams
- Lead Automated BI & SQL Reporting: Drive the transition away from spreadsheet-based reporting
- Support Regulatory Governance: Partner with the Risk Management team
- Drive Strategic Planning: Support group-wide budgeting and long-term financial modeling
