Requirements

• Hands-on sales management experience in B2B financial industry
• Understanding of financial products
• Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
• Pro-active and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in both Lithuanian and English
