Head of Client Engineering – Client Implementation

Finova is seeking a Head of Client Engineering – Client Implementation to lead the quality, consistency, and governance of solution design across all client delivery programmes. The successful candidate will set the vision and standards for how Finova’s products are implemented and integrated, and work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to maintain alignment with roadmap priorities and platform integrity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise-scale software implementations
• Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns
• Strong client-facing credibility and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• A track record of driving engineering standards and improving design quality
• Experience leading and developing technical teams or disciplines
• Confidence in technical governance and architectural review processes
• A mindset focused on scalability, operational resilience, maintainability, and long-term supportability of client solutions
