Senior Legal Counsel

Finova is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Manchester, working in a hybrid environment. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on data protection and regulatory matters, and working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• UK qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• Significant SaaS, software and cloud contracting experience
• Strong Data Protection background
• Familiarity with UK Financial Services regulation
• Understanding of AI contracting considerations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage competing demands under time pressure
