The Associate Director of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is an experienced individual contributor role for a developing subject matter expert who operates with significant autonomy.
Requirements
- Conducts sophisticated financial analysis and planning across key organizational areas
- Serves as a liaison between Enterprise Finance and Business Unit Finance teams
- Advises senior management and key internal stakeholders of financial planning complications and provides recommendations
- Reviews for accuracy of financial reports and analyses
- Partners with FP&A Business Functional teams to create and deliver Enterprise financial reports and analyses
- Benchmarks financial metrics against industry standards to identify areas for improvement
- Creates and maintains financial dashboards and variance narratives
- Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities
