Founders Associate Intern

Finto is looking for a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with their CEO and shape how the company operates and grows. The role involves working on various projects, driving GTM initiatives, owning recruiting operations, and building internal processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field - strong academic track record.
• Exceptionally smart and structured thinker who can get up to speed on anything fast.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute.
• Genuinely ambitious: you care about what you're building and want to grow into more responsibility over time.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment.
• Grit - things will be unclear, fast, and sometimes messy. You thrive in that
