Job Description
Finto is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its team, focused on building and optimizing AI-powered enterprise finance tools. The role involves building and enhancing automation tools, architecting performant solutions, and optimizing AI models. The team is headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in full-stack development, ideally building AI-powered or enterprise-focused products
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with experience in React and Next.js
- Backend expertise in Node.js or comparable languages like Python or Go, with a focus on scalable APIs and AI-driven services
- Hands-on experience with AI models and APIs
- A builder’s mindset - passionate about developer experience and how AI can enhance productivity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in fast-moving, collaborative environments
