Tech Lead

Finto is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of its platform and grow with the engineering team as it scales. The role involves building and shipping production features, driving the technical roadmap, mentoring engineers, and making pragmatic technology decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with deep experience in React and Next.js
• Backend expertise in Node.js or comparable languages like Python or Go
• Hands-on experience with AI models and APIs
• Proven ability to make sound architectural decisions and own technical direction across a product
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the bar for engineering quality in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
