Fireblocks is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business development strategy and growth in the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying and growing new revenue streams, prioritizing new blockchains and protocols, and developing solutions to unlock new areas of growth for the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital, with a focus on DeFi.
- Deep enthusiasm for blockchain, DeFi and advancing the digital asset industry forward.
- Strong network in the crypto industry and track record of building and leveraging relationships to drive revenue opportunities.
- Strong financial background and proven commercial experience, including building a compelling business case with revenue/profit models.
- History of influencing and communicating effectively with senior executives, internally and externally, as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Creative approach to problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, demonstrating initiative and adaptability with limited guidance.
- Collaborative, strategic, and low-ego mindset, driven by intellectual curiosity and a desire to challenge the status quo.
