Network Platform Team Leader

The Network Platform Team Leader will lead and mentor a team of developers, defining architecture, patterns, and processes for Fireblocks' network infrastructure. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to build the team's roadmap and maintain high availability of network platform components.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading engineering teams, preferably on high-scale products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
• Deep expertise in designing for scale, performance, and resiliency within distributed systems.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proven ability to drive technical strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and mentor senior engineers.
