We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to partner directly with our Chief of Staff to the CEO and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role demands a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and influencing skills to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BizOps / Strategy & Operations, Program Management (GTM or Product), M&A Integration, Management Consulting, or similar hybrid strategic / operational role at a high-growth technology company
- Cross-functional program management with proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives spanning multiple departments and competing priorities
- Prior experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or similar cross-functional enterprise initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and develop creative solutions using frameworks and first principles thinking
- Excellent communication and influence skills to synthesize complex information into clear insights and drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Adaptability and execution excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and delivering results
