Executive Assistant to the CEO, responsible for owning the CEO's calendar, inbox, and priorities, and utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent operational support experience
- US Citizenship/Visa required
- Sharp communication skills
- High judgment and discretion
- Proactive and not reactive

- Salary range: $150,000–$180,000/year
