Research Engineer (Focused on RL)

Firecrawl is looking for a Research Engineer to bring reinforcement learning to their core product, building training infrastructure, reward pipelines, and fine-tuning systems to extract, understand, and structure web data.

Requirements

• Build training infrastructure and reward pipelines from scratch
• Fine-tune models to achieve state-of-the-art results
• Bridge LLM agents and classical RL approaches
• Run fast experiments and iterate
• Communicate clearly to non-RL people
