Job Description
Fireflies.ai is seeking a Product Evangelist - Community & Enablement to own customer education, sales enablement, and community infrastructure. The role ensures that every product shipped is clearly understood, widely adopted, and actively used by building structured enablement systems across sales content, webinars, guided demos, video education, and community.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in enablement, customer marketing, community, product marketing, or B2B SaaS education
- Strong program management skills with high ownership
- AI-native and hands-on with automation tools (LLMs, workflow automation, AI video tools)
- Comfortable on camera and able to host webinars
- Confident shooting product demos and long-form video content when required
