Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating filler equipment and support equipment across all packaging lines to ensure all packaged beer meets quality control standards. They must be proficient with packaging equipment and set an example with their knowledge, character, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in beverage packaging, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate and use a PC computer.
