• Prior experience with Service Trade scheduling system preferred
• Prior experience with reporting systems such as compliance engine, BSI, Vepo, and Invirotrax preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
