The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer service requests, monitoring and adjusting the daily schedule as needed, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth and profitable projects.
Answering scheduling queries via email and phone, rescheduling or canceling meetings, coordinating technicians and vendors, and scheduling with customers and multiple teams of technicians.
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced proficiency in scheduling software, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
