As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will receive and schedule customer calls for service, manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics, and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and alignment with monthly forecasting goals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling or dispatching, and be able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
