Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for scheduling customer service calls, managing the schedule of assigned technicians, and ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance. You will also be required to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. The position involves on-site work and requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling or dispatching
• Ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
• Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues
