The Infrastructure Officer strengthens internal systems and operations across Agency Operations, Finance, Strategic Planning and Project Management, and Human Resources, collaborating closely with the Deputy CEO to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, improving project delivery, organizational effectiveness, and equity across the agency.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the Deputy CEO in setting strategic goals and developing project design, implementation, and evaluation
- Use data to track outcomes and refine plans
- Use research and analysis to improve programs, integration and operations
- Support operationalizing equity and organizational change
- Align daily work with strategic priorities
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables
- Identify risks and implement solutions
- Foster cross-team coordination
- Prepare and review reports and materials
- Represent the Deputy CEO in meetings and initiatives
- Support staff growth and accountability
