Senior Software Engineer- Remote

First Advantage is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic, cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will build and optimize AI-driven solutions and data pipelines, working with modern cloud and data technologies to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using.NET Core / C#
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Implement unit tests and contribute to automation testing to ensure code quality and reliability
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving
• Analyze and fix production issues with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Actively use Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for technical documentation
• Take ownership of features and deliver them end-to-end as an individual contributor
