Job Description
Join First American's Direct division as a Sales Representative and develop a quality residential client base to attain maximum sales volume. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, compiling lists of prospective customers, and creating presentations to drive brand awareness and sales strategy.
Requirements
- Builds client relationships and secures new orders
- Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops a call plan
- Assesses individual client needs and develops a plan to meet those needs
- Collaborates with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content
- Creates or adapts presentations to customer groups and target customers
- Interacts daily with other work groups and communicates proactively with clients
