Lower School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and Christ-centered Lower School Teacher who will nurture the academic, spiritual, and emotional development of young students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Teaching certification or experience in elementary education, with a preference for Christian school experience
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
• Strong classroom management skills with a warm, nurturing, and disciplined approach
• Active participation in a Christian church community and a desire to mentor students in their faith journey
