Central Florida Christian Academy is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and Christ-centered educators to join our K–12 teaching team. We welcome general applications from teachers with a passion for nurturing the academic, spiritual, and personal development of students.

Requirements

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with grade-level standards and biblical truth
• Integrate a Christ-centered perspective across all subject areas and classroom activities
• Foster a positive, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain open and supportive communication with families, colleagues, and administrators
• Model Christ-like character in all interactions and serve as a mentor in students’ faith journeys
• Participate in school events, chapel, faculty meetings, and other community-building activities
