Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager will be the organization backbone for the Property Management Department, responsible for answering phone calls, assisting property managers, communicating with tenants and vendors, and maintaining property files. Daily tasks can vary greatly and may require occasional after-hours work.
Requirements
- Answers incoming property management phone calls.
- Maintains and organizes all Tenant Files and property management forms.
- Supports Property Managers with office duties such as owner reporting, mailings, and invoicing.
- Maintains tenant, vendor, and property insurance files.
- Assist with property turnover and potential future maintenance tasks.
