Job Description
First Choice Community Health Centers is recruiting a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to work in a variety of direct patient services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as part of the clinic provider team. The role will work in collaboration with a licensed physician and be a member of the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) health care team.
Requirements
- Physician Assistant /Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution.
- Current North Carolina PA-C or NP license.
- Completed residency training.
- At least one year of experience in a primary care setting.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong commitment to practicing in a community health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
