Job Description
Works as directed by the Director of Pharmacy Services to make sure medication is filled per protocols and indigent program rebates along with third party insurance completed correctly.
Requirements
- Enter (new and refill) prescription orders in the computer
- Maintain the computer by performing daily backup and monthly backups
- Produce and check reports
- Prepackaging medicines for outreach personnel
- Maintain supplies
- File filled prescriptions daily in numerical order
- Update the formulary changes noted by the Pharmacist
- Type minutes of the pharmacy meetings
