Job Description
Performs mammography examinations, patient education, quality control, and computer assignments. Operates radiological equipment, produces radiographs, and provides direct patient care.
Requirements
- Successful completion of required mammography course and Advanced Mammography Board Certification
- Current and ongoing compliance with the ACR and MQSA requirements for quality standards, continuing education and continuing experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or evening hours as required
- Completion of approved American College of Radiology Radiologic Technologist Program
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with Advanced Level Mammography Certification
- Two years of experience in primary health care setting, preferred
- Two (2) years radiology experience
