We're looking for a Head of New Product Operations to lead operations for our new products, including employee salary loans and credit cards. The ideal candidate has strong problem solving and analytical skills, is a proven operator who knows how to make things happen in reality, and knows what it is to build and manage a team of exceptional talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field
• 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech company
• Prior experience in consulting or finance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills to build and shape a team
